The service is outstanding, with friendly and very helpful staff who frequently exceed expectations. The location, though convenient for work, may pose challenges due to ongoing construction and tollways. The dining experience surpasses expectations with delightful surprises every day, although vegan options are limited. The facilities provide a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with a large couch and all the amenities you could ask for, including a mini fridge, coffee, table and chairs, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors, and large TVs with free cable to enjoy. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my experience even better. However, there was a slight issue with the billing process as I had to clarify my payment method to avoid any confusion at check-in.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and convenient. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to repack our luggage. However, the bathrooms were a bit small, making it challenging to give a bath to my toddler. The service was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep, but some staff members were not very friendly. The location was convenient for shopping and dining in Schaumburg, but the noise from airplanes was noticeable. The dining options were good, with a variety of hot and cold foods available, although the breakfast area could get crowded at times.
